Synergy Homecare provides Companion Care, Homemaker Care and Personal Care Services to clients in Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford and Marshall Counties. 

Synergy Homecare is one of the fast growing Homecare companies in the nation.  Synergy Homecare of Peoria was purchased two years ago by Shad and Melissa Sleeth, after struggling to find the right Homecare assistance for their fathers.  Shad, Melissa and team work tirelessly for their clients and caregivers.

In addition to offering private pay services and working with long term care insurance, Synergy Homecare of Peoria works with the VA to provide services to veterans. SHC Peoria also works with the Central Illinois Agency on Aging providing much needed respite to family caregivers. Through these programs veterans and caregivers can access services at little or no cost.
