The Central Illinois Agency on Aging needs YOUR help!

Central Illinois Agency on Aging Inc. is preparing to write its Area Plan for the Illinois Department of Aging which is due every three years.   The Area Plan explains how Central Illinois Agency on Aging, Inc. will use its state and federal funding under the Older Americans Act as one of 13 Area of Agencies on Aging funded through the Illinois Department on Aging.  
 
The survey provided will be instrumental in writing the Area Plan by gaining feedback on how the agency targets funding and ensures that state priorities and local participants’ needs are closely aligned.
