Please join us at the Mosaic Church, to enjoy a short program and learn about the services offered through the OSF Care A Van services. Graceland Center is hosting special events in Peoria Illinois as an incredible opportunity for older adults to engage with this NEW DEVELOPMENT for their well-being!
